Health & Safety Charter

In line with World Health Organisation and Health Service Executive guidance, King John’s Castle has put the following measures in place to ensure the health and safety of our visitors and staff and an enjoyable, safe visit to our attraction.

We have identified high touch areas that will be sanitised frequently throughout the day

All of our customer facing staff have been trained in Covid-19 precautions

We have increased the frequency of bathroom sanitisation

We have installed a number of hand sanitising stations in key locations inside and outside the visitor experience

We have applied new social distancing guidelines across all queuing systems
