Halloween Lantern Making
Halloween Lantern Making at King John’s Castle
Thursday 29 October | King John’s Castle
Looking for something creative to do this Halloween midterm? Join us at King John’s Castle for a hands-on lantern-making workshop with a spooky twist!
Suitable for children aged 10–14 years, this workshop gives young creatives the chance to make their own unique Halloween lantern. Using willow withies and twigs, participants will shape a frame, cover it with translucent materials and add spooky silhouettes to bring their creation to life. The finished lantern will make the perfect Halloween decoration for a windowsill at home.
Fancy dress is strongly encouraged, so come along in your best Halloween costume and get into the spirit of the season!
Please note that a parent or guardian must remain with their child for the duration of the workshop.
Afterwards, why not drop into the café for some seasonal treats?
Join us at King John’s Castle this Halloween midterm for a creative activity that’s sure to light up the season!
Tickets: €10
Availability: 10am Thursday 27th October
