Ryder Cup Live at the Castle

King John’s Castle will provide the spectacular backdrop for a special Ryder Cup Live at the Castle celebration on Sunday 4 October, as the countdown to the 2027 Ryder Cup at Adare Manor reaches the one-year mark.

The evening will bring live music, Ryder Cup excitement and two very special guests to the heart of Limerick, with European Captain Luke Donald and United States Captain Jim Furyk appearing on stage for a live Q&A hosted by Today FM presenter Louise Cantillon.

The night will feature live performances from popular Irish band The Coronas and all-female trad supergroup BIIRD, bringing a mix of contemporary Irish music and traditional sounds to the castle courtyard.

The event forms part of the official Year to Go celebrations for the 2027 Ryder Cup, which will take place at Adare Manor from 13–19 September 2027. The 2027 contest will also mark the 100th anniversary of the Ryder Cup.
